For Vengeance Rust. Obtain the developer's loader.
Game mode and Discord
Use windowed or borderless Rust. Nvidia desktop scaling should use Full-screen.
Start Discord as administrator before the loader. Enable its current Game Overlay and disable the legacy overlay. If initialization stalls, check compatibility mode. Confirm that Discord reports the overlay is applied to the game.
The source calls for an unmodified Windows installation for 24H2 and notes conflicts with FACEIT, Vanguard and antivirus software. Confirm compatibility before key activation.
Activation
- Run loader.exe as administrator.
- Enter your purchased key and wait.
- Rust starts automatically.
- Press F4 at the main menu and allow approximately one minute.
- Open the interface with Right Shift.
Errors
- SSL Connect Error / Curl / Host / Synchronization Time: synchronize Windows time and check connectivity or Zapret conflicts.
- Path failed: check Steam's default Rust installation path, C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust.
- Misaligned visuals: check resolution and scaling, then try a lower or default resolution.
