Delivery Policy

OwnHacks sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped by post or courier — every purchase is delivered electronically to the email or account details you provide at checkout.

Delivery method

Most products are delivered automatically immediately after payment is confirmed. You receive an activation key, installation instructions, and a download link for the files you need.

Delivery time

Automatic orders are typically available within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Some products are issued manually by our team; in that case delivery can take longer, especially outside business hours, but is still handled as quickly as possible.

What you receive

-An activation key or login credentials for the product.

-A link to download the required files.

-Step-by-step installation instructions.

If delivery is delayed

If you have not received your order within a reasonable time, contact our support team on Telegram with your order number. Do not open a payment dispute before contacting support — most delivery issues are resolved quickly once we can see the order.
