Security

All card and payment-system transactions are processed by our payment partners, not stored on our own servers. We never see or store your full card number. See our Terms of Use for how order and account information is handled.

Currency and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency of your storefront. The exact amount charged may vary slightly depending on your payment provider's own conversion rate.

Failed or pending payments

If a payment is taken but your order does not appear as paid, do not attempt the payment again immediately. Contact our support team on Telegram with your order details so we can check the transaction before you pay a second time.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are described in our Refund Policy and are returned using the original payment method whenever technically possible.
