DeadSec Deadside preparation guide#

Get the software#

The developer procedure directs users to the DeadSec OS bot. Use the purchased license key there to access the files. Keep the key out of public messages.

Discord overlay#

The documented configuration requires the Discord in-game overlay enabled. Check it before starting the game. If the interface is missing, tell support whether the Discord overlay itself appears.

Windows and driver compatibility#

Launch requirements involve virtualization, core isolation, Secure Boot and protection-driver configuration. Requirements can differ between Windows versions and software builds. If the launcher reports incompatibility, record the code and request current requirements first.

Do not apply unrelated registry commands found under a similar error. The feature and exact setting must match the current product instructions.

Blue screen or launch conflict#

Record the stop code, including 0x7e when displayed. A stop code alone does not establish that one particular setup step was missed. Windows version, failing stage and running protection drivers, such as FACEIT or Vanguard when installed, help diagnosis.
