Covcheg DayZ: installation and OBS setup
Launch Covcheg for DayZ using the loader and OBS game capture. This procedure specifies OBS 24.0.3.
Downloads
Loader before game
- Extract all loader files into one folder.
- Open Loader and enter your purchased license key.
- Select DayZ and START.
- Wait for Waiting for game.
- Start DayZ; do not press F5 yet.
OBS game capture
- Run OBS as administrator.
- Add Game Capture and open its properties.
- Select Capture specific window.
- Choose DayZ_x64.exe and confirm.
- Wait for the game picture in OBS.
- Enter the game's main menu and tap F5 once without holding it. Keep DayZ focused when pressing F5, rather than the loader or OBS.
Switch window mode and press F5 again
If the interface is missing, inspect Loader for this message. Switch to a different fullscreen, borderless or windowed display mode and apply it. You may restore the preferred mode before pressing F5 again. Return to the main menu and tap F5 once more.
Loot names and optional file
The procedure recommends English game language for correct loot names. After changing language, restart Windows and repeat the launch sequence. The additional spoofer link is a separate file, not a substitute for the main loader.
