Aegis Rust Setup Guide — USB Loader & Activation | OwnHacks

Aegis Rust installation#

The Aegis Rust procedure uses a USB drive. Check the game and license before activation.

Download#

Use the Aegis launcher.

Discord overlay#

Rust requires the Discord in-game overlay enabled. See the setup example and check that the overlay appears in game.

Launch order#

1. Put the loader on a USB drive and run it from there.
2. Enter your activation key.
3. Wait for Injected and automatic loader exit.
4. Remove the USB drive.
5. Start Rust and follow the on-screen prompts.
6. Check the active Discord overlay and confirm OK when prompted.

Troubleshooting#

Check the completed download, product/license match and finished loader stage before starting the game. Rust's Injected message and PUBG's Done message belong to separate procedures. For compatibility errors, contact OwnHacks with Aegis Rust, your Windows version and exact message.
