This procedure covers Xernel PUBG. Use separate instructions for other games.
Launcher download
Open the Xernel download page, enter your license and wait for the file. Use manual download if it does not start. Keep the EXE in a dedicated folder.
Overlay
Enable the NVIDIA or AMD game overlay in the graphics application. Discord uses the current in-game overlay with the legacy variant disabled. Check it before starting to distinguish display problems from authentication errors.
PUBG launch order
- With PUBG closed, run the launcher as administrator.
- Paste your key and select Activate.
- Select PUBG, choose Launch and wait for authentication logs.
- Select Yes for the first driver load after a Windows restart. On subsequent launches after a successful driver load in the same session, select No.
- Wait for green status messages and automatic launcher exit.
- Start PUBG and press Delete for the menu.
Common issues
Driver load failed -1: retain the code and details about running protection drivers. Ask support about compatibility with your Windows version.
Selected Yes repeatedly: restart Windows and repeat the sequence without repeatedly confirming the driver load.
Closed the log window: restart Windows and repeat launch.
Black screen: check the required overlay, close conflicting screen recorders and compare after updating the graphics driver.
Key rejected: check spaces, expiration and selected product. Use the same active key when reactivation is requested after a restart.
