Key and downloads
- Redeem your purchased key on the developer activation page.
- Download the loader from Subscriptions.
- For changed hardware, use Hardware Reset. The source lists a 7-day interval for self-service resets.
Preparation
Check requirements for your game. The source lists the -vulcan launch option as unsupported and notes antivirus and driver-level anti-cheat conflicts. Synchronize Windows time and region.
Errors
- Hardware mismatch: check hardware changes and reset availability.
- Secure channel support / request or operation timed out: check time, region and connectivity; compare VPN and direct access.
- Antivirus Interference detected / Internal public server error: send the exact message to support to investigate conflicts.
- Reason: … sym: … / modules::load_module: failed to create section: attach a screenshot and Windows version from Win + R → winver.
Instructions specific to Marvel Rivals do not apply to these two products.
